What is it?

An intensive training about how to face difficult situations which generate powerful stress. Tight deadlines, negative feedback, a complaint from a client, changes at your working place, a conflict between you and a colleague or a provider and so on.

We all dealt with the negative effects of the stress, that sometimes feel as a lack of motivation or as a bad mood. In order to eliminate the stress from your life, you should start to change your attitude towards particular situations, the way you see the things and also to adopt a technique of managing the stress.

In the second part of the training, we will focus on managing the conflicts, as they will always exist. The secret consists in managing them better, in gaining the control of your life and career. This training presents the common sources of conflict and how to deal with it using eight concrete solutions.
